Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals set for May at National Trail

It’s been over a decade since Alex Denysenko’s wildly successful U.S. Class Nationals were held at Byron, Ill., in the summer of 2001. This coming May 2-4, the Auto Meter Northern Class Nationals will be hosted by National Trail Raceway in Hebron, Ohio.

Friday will feature Qualifying, heads-up Class Eliminations, a Junior Stock Shootout, and Quick 32 CIC Shootouts for both Stock and Super Stock. Class Eliminations will showcase a SS/K Shootout with over $7,000 in cash and prizes on the line. Qualifying on Saturday will wrap up with a wheelstand contest, followed by a $3,00-to-/win S/SS Combo Warmup race and Racer Appreciation Party.

Sunday’s Main Events are separate $5,000-to-win Stock and Super Stock Eliminators. Both will be all-run fields, but contested on a ladder with heads-up runs in effect as applicable.

The total purse, cash, prizes, and contingency postings exceed $100,000. Complete event information can be found at
